Bill and his wife Rachel were married in 1989 and have two children, Hannah and Joshua. Bill has been engaged in Christian work since 1981. He "cut his teeth" in the Gospel ministry while serving a church in a small Mississippi town. He has been in full time ministry since 1989.

Paul has some great youth group memories from his teenage years.  The most valuable of his memories are about what it was like to be a nonbeliever in youth group! That part of his life story has formed in him a great desire to see children and teens nurtured and raised in the ministry of the Word. His desire to see church attenders of all ages be spiritually fed sparked his initial consideration of pastoral ministry.
